In the Intermediate course, students delve deeper into sorting out the sensory aspects of the pulse to easily recognize Pulse Qualities. Building upon the Foundations learned in the Foundations course, students engage in more advanced practices such as interpreting Pulse Qualities from a volunteer and understanding their implications for diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine.

Intermediate classes offer a blend of theoretical learning and practical application on fellow students and volunteers, under the guidance of certified teachers and assistant teachers. Students have the opportunity to observe teacher demonstrations, study diagrams, and receive personalized feedback and corrections to refine their pulse diagnosis skills.

By taking the intermediate course, students further develop their ability to analyze pulse qualities accurately, thereby honing their diagnostic proficiency and enhancing their effectiveness in clinical practice.
